Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on where you are, but we use trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page any time.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

It happens occasionally and we'll fix it fast. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a quick photo or video, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away. No long forms, no hassle.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item. Just email us first and we'll guide you through it. Full details on our Return Policy page.

Is my payment secure?

Completely. We use encrypted and trusted payment gateways. We never see or store your card details. You can pay safely with cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

For most countries, no. But some regions may charge small customs duties depending on local rules. These are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our prices.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible (within 12 hours is best) and we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
