Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum spend and there are no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing time

We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your country. Busy periods such as Christmas can add a few days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us and we will chase it for you.

If your order does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full.

Customs and import charges

For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay. In a small number of countries local customs may apply an import charge. That charge is set by your government, not by us, and we have no way to predict or refund it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.
