Returns and Refunds

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself.

How to start a return

Email info@pluswink.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we cannot process returns that arrive unannounced.

Condition

Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been unsealed and used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Sealed items can always be returned.

Sale items are returnable. Discounts do not remove your right to a refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and in most cases you will not need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us for a free replacement or a full refund.

EU and UK cancellation rights

If you are in the UK or the EU you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is in addition to our 30 day policy, not instead of it.
