Our 30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund. If something is wrong with your product, or it just isn't what you expected, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and in the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Damaged or faulty items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no need to return the original.
How to start a return
Just email us at pluswnik@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if it's damaged or wrong)
We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps and return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and check it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.
Return shipping
For damaged or wrong items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers shipping costs back to us.
What can't be returned
- Items used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after 30 days
- Free gifts or promotional items
