Resolving a problem

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We settle almost everything by email within a day or two, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about one.

If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, it will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this notice removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are in the UK or the EU, your legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order applies in addition to our own 30 day returns policy.

The Pluswink name, logo, site design and the text we have written are ours. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Product photographs may be supplied by our manufacturing partners and remain their property.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and stock information correct. If an obvious error appears, we will contact you before processing your order and you can cancel for a full refund.
