Here's exactly what to expect when you order from us.
Free shipping on all orders
Every order ships free. No minimums, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, send us an email and we'll do our best to help.
Customs & import fees
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us. We'll investigate, follow up with the carrier, and if needed send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before shipping.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once the buyer covers the new shipping cost.
